Who we are

Bridally (trading name of AZmediair, KvK number 94034281, Ternatestraat 60, 1095 VM Amsterdam, the Netherlands) is responsible for processing personal data as described in this policy. Contact: contact@bridally.nl.

What data we process

When you place an order or contact us, we process: name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number, payment details (processed by the payment provider, not stored by us), order details and, if applicable, the personalisation details you provide (such as names and date for engraving).

Purposes and legal basis

We use your data to process and deliver your order, to inform you about your order, to provide customer service and, only with your consent, to send you marketing emails. Legal bases: performance of the contract, legal obligation (accounting) and consent (newsletter).

Sharing with third parties

We only share data where necessary with: our suppliers/fulfilment partners to make and ship your product, the payment provider, the delivery service, and our email and webshop software (including Shopify, which hosts our shop). Where required, we conclude a data processing agreement with these parties. We never sell your data. See also Shopify's privacy policy.

Retention period

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Order and invoice data is kept for 7 years in accordance with the statutory tax retention obligation.

Cookies

The website uses functional and (with consent) analytical/marketing cookies. You can manage your preferences via the cookie banner.

Your rights

You have the right of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. Send a request to contact@bridally.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
