Cooling-off period

You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason up to 14 days after receipt. After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Exception: personalised products

Products that are made or personalised especially for you (with a name, date, engraving or other custom work) cannot be returned or exchanged, because they cannot be resold. This is clearly stated on the product concerned. In case of a product defect or damage, we will of course always provide a suitable solution.

How to return

Report your return within the cooling-off period via contact@bridally.nl with your order number. Return the product complete and, if possible, in its original packaging. We will send you the return address. The costs of the return shipment are borne by the consumer, unless the product was defective.

Refund

After we receive and check the return, we refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method.

Model withdrawal form

To Bridally, contact@bridally.nl: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from our contract for the sale of the following products: [product]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Consumer name: [name] — Address: [address] — Date: [date].
