Shipping policy

Delivery area

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and the other countries of the European Union. Shipping to countries outside the EU is coming. Do you live outside the EU and want to order now? Send us a message via the contact page and we will see what we can do.

Delivery time

Our products are made and personalised especially for you. Allow 2 to 3 weeks from your order to your door (Netherlands and Belgium), and 2 to 4 weeks in the rest of the EU: first a few working days to make and engrave or print your product, then shipping. The expected delivery time is also stated on each product.

Tip: order at least 4 weeks before your wedding, and guest favours at least 5 weeks ahead (outside the Netherlands and Belgium preferably one week earlier). On the product page you can enter your wedding date and immediately see until when you can order. The stated periods are indicative.

Shipping costs

Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium costs €6.95. To the other countries of the EU, shipping costs €12.95. From €55 shipping is free everywhere. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. Import duties and VAT are already included: you pay nothing extra on delivery.
